Lean Transformation Summit

ILM is the pioneers of organizing Lean Summit in Sri Lanka, and the first-ever Lean Transformation Summit was held on November 2014 with the objective of inculcating lean thinking in Sri Lanka in order to strengthen the National Productivity.

The second lean summit was held in September 2016 under the theme of "Inculcating Lean Thinking for Better Tomorrow". The overseas speakers from Japan, China, India, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand represented the event. Eminent resource persons from the industry presented success stories and case studies during the two days.

The third lean summit was organized under the theme of “Calibrating Minds To See Waste” with 16 best local and international lean minds to share insights and experience in the Sri Lankan lean community. Sri Lankan lean summits were fine-tuned to be an ideal meeting venue in Sri Lankan lean community by providing formal and informal ways to connect and interact with international resource persons and lean practitioners in Sri Lanka facing the same challenges.
