Mr. Ishikawa Hisayoshi

Mr. Ishikawa is a professional Engineer who has 29 years of experience in Nissan Motor Co. Ltd. at Yokohama Plant. He was attached to the engine department at the capacity of Assistant Manager .He was the in charge of introduction and improvement of the reliability of new facilities (TPM related), production preparation of the engine units for new cars, quality improvement and reduction of the production cost. And also he was the in charge of implementing TPM & KAIZEN activities in Nissan.

Later stages of his career at Nissan he was appointed as the Senior Manager of Nissan Human Resources Development Center and Nissan affiliate Company for Integration of Education in Nissan Group and later he was attached to Nissan learning Center under HR department to handle Training & Development for Nissan and affiliate companies in Japan. He developed new training curriculum for Quality Management improvement, project management training (PMBOK based) and also developed and deployed the e learning systems in Nissan.

He got Bachelor in Precision Engineering, Kanazawa University, 1981 and Master in Instructional design systems, Kumamoto University, 2009. He was certified as Professional Engineer (IE) specialize in quality control and reliability engineering, 2004 and he was certified by eLearning consortium, Japan in 2012 as a eLearning Professional.

Currently he is attached to Consulting Division of Hirayama Corporation - , Japan as the Education Program Manager.

He is attached Institute of Lean Management as a Consultant specialized in TPM, quality & productivity improvement, human resources development & equipment maintenance.
