Mr. Hiromitsu Hayashida

Hiromitsu Hayashida is a former Director of Gifu Auto Body Co., Ltd a subsidiary of Toyota Motor Corporation . He was responsible for Overall management and control as a director in charge of Production Engineering, Production Control, and Manufacturing department and Implementation and guidance of various improvement work based on the Toyota Production System.

He was a former General Manager of Manufacturing and Deputy Plant Manager at Toyota Tahara Plant. He did the management of entire plant, internal human resource development, and practical guidance of various improvement works based on the Toyota Production System. He joined Toyota Motor Corporation in 1964 as an In charge of process planning, equipment planning, and equipment design at production Engineering division. And became the General Manager of production engineering division.

He is a consultant of Hirayama Corporation and working with Institute of Lean Management since 2015 as a Management Consultant.
